GENERAL GUIDELINES: You can buy a test kit regarding the list below, from your local chemist. Following the leaflet's guidelines that come with each test kit, enter your monthly results in the SET Chart below
PERIODS: At the end of each period enter the duration, the days covered, and mark it as either: Excellent, Good, OK, Poor
FSH TEST: Do your fsh test on the 3rd day of your period
LH TEST: Regarding an lh test ask your own doctor or chemist about when to do this test
OVULATION TEST: Do your ovulation test a week after your period and continue each day until you get a positive result
PREGNANCIES: For those of you who want to fall pregnant please enter 'yes' or 'no' in the chart
