Step 2. Positions: There are 3 positions you can use for your treatments which can last for just a few minutes or hours, you decide. You can stand, sit or lay down. Just make sure you are about 8" or 24cms near a wall where you wish to do your test. If standing up, you can face or have your back to the wall. Make sure your heels are touching, for example in the V-position above, and you're in a quiet room. That's it!  Off you go!
